herry P. Witter is the Managing Partner, Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of the Witter Family Office and runs the investment arm and operations of the Firm. As CIO, Sherry seeds, early-invests and partners with entrepreneurial traders and portfolio managers in liquid strategies, and makes strategic investments alongside entrepreneurs, founders and management teams building transformational companies. Having spent over 20 years investing across asset classes and structures, Sherry continues to develop a unique ability for finding and backing talented managers and traders that generate outsized returns.  

Sherry launched her first of several hedge funds upon graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, and as CIO of the Witter Family Office, has seeded, or early invested in, over 100 traders, managers, or strategies, and at points in time over 25 managers concurrently. Today, she continues the search for that dynamic trader who can see opportunity where others do not.  When Sherry is not actively running The Witter Family Office or managing the day-to-day investment portfolios, she is meeting with undiscovered traders, evaluating new investment opportunities, or speaking at family office and investment conferences.

Sherry P. Witter resides in New York City with her sons and husband of over twenty years, Michael D. Witter. She continues to be dedicated to supporting her husband's philanthropic endeavors.
